Return Policy

You have the right, within the EU, to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the products. The full order amount will then be credited. Only the costs for returning the goods are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur.


Return Procedure
1. If you are unsure or not satisfied with your poster, please send an email with a photo of the poster to us as soon as possible, along with your question or comment. Send it to info@daringdutchdesigners.com, and we will respond as quickly and effectively as possible. There might be another solution besides returning.

2. If you still wish to return, first check if your return meets the following conditions:
- The poster must be undamaged.
- The poster must be returned in its original packaging.

3. Send an email to info@daringdutchdesigners.com with the subject 'return' and indicate which product you want to return and preferably also why (don't forget to mention your order number). Do this no later than 14 days after receipt. Exchanging for another item or a voucher is also possible! Please mention this in the email.

4. Upon receipt of your email, you will receive instructions for returning your order in your mailbox.

5. Simply pack the poster in the original packaging. Returns must always be sent with a copy of the relevant email exchange with the returned items, so that we know who the package is from and which items are involved. If this is not included, we cannot guarantee, accept, or process your return. Daring Dutch Designers is not liable for posters that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging of the return shipment.

6. Write the return address on the packaging:

7. Ensure sufficient postage for your package; these costs are at your own expense. We strongly urge you to send your package with tracking. With tracking, we can easily monitor the whereabouts of the package. This is also the safest way, so that both you and we are certain that the package will reach Daring Dutch Designers in Maarssen, The Netherlands.

8. Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately refund the amount or send a replacement.
